ReactJS - קבלת מצב התחלתי עם Redux ב-TypeScript

אני מתקשה עם TypeScript, במיוחד עם dotnet new react-redux של מיקרוסופט.

אני מנסה לקרוא לפעולה בהפעלה כדי לבדוק אם משתמש מחובר או לא, אבל TypeScript לא אוהב את זה ואני לא מבין את השגיאה.
